What should you charge?
Tell us what you sell and what you want to earn. We’ll work through the costs with you.

How will you sell the product?
Let’s start with the basics
One product, one item per order. Use the same currency for every amount.
What does your supplier charge you?
Find the quote in Printify or Printful for your exact product, size, print placement and delivery address.
What do you want to earn?
Make sure nothing is missing
You don’t need to fill every box. Open the costs that apply to your business. An amount set to 0 is not included.
Etsy fees & Offsite AdsOpen settings +
The US example uses 6.5% transaction fees, 3% + $0.25 payment processing, and $0.20 listing allocation. Other countries need their own processing fees.

A sale discount reduces the item price. Shipping and extra charges remain separate.

Advertising, subscriptions & returnsOpen settings +
These costs can turn an apparently profitable product into a loss. Allocate realistic amounts to each sale.

These depend on your payment account, bank, currency and tax status. Copy your actual charges.

What will Amazon pay you?
Choose your product and price in Amazon Merch on Demand, then copy the estimated royalty shown for that exact product. Amazon has already accounted for its own production and delivery costs.
Add a price and its royalty
For each price you want to test, enter the royalty Amazon shows. One row is enough to check a price. Add more rows to compare.
Do you have any additional expenses?
Leave a cost at 0 only if it does not apply. Do not enter Amazon’s production costs again.

How the calculation works
What this calculator includes — and what you must verify
Single-item, single-unit orders only. No automatic account access, live supplier prices, location tax engine or automatic rate updates. Etsy presets were checked on 15 October 2026; supplier prices and Amazon royalties must come from your current quote. Etsy processing fees differ by bank country. Regulatory fees, seller fee tax, payment-provider fees and currency costs depend on your account.
Sales tax collected and remitted by the marketplace is excluded from seller revenue, while processing fees may still apply to it. Seller-remitted VAT embedded in the selling price is deducted separately. Income tax is not estimated. Payment reserves delay cash; they are not fees. Model supplier prepayment separately from marketplace payout timing.
Discount applies to the product list price only. Shipping and gift-wrap charges are additional revenue. Additional buyer tax is modeled as a percentage of this combined amount. For different tax bases, use a separate scenario. Currency conversion is modeled on gross seller revenue; confirm the actual conversion base and use the extra adjustment for discrepancies. Withdrawal fee applies to positive proceeds after marketplace fees and embedded VAT, before supplier costs. This is a planning model; reconcile against actual statements.
